Kenny & Brianna Franklin

We are a husband and wife team with over 20 years of combined experience in real estate. Based on our unique backgrounds and experiences, we are the team that will provide excellent service and reduce the stress & cost of real estate.

Brianna:
I am originally from South Korea. In addition to being a Realtor, I have a Ph.D. in nursing and was a university professor. I am detailed and task-oriented, but I am also very caring and professional. I have achieved the following designations: e-PRO®, MRP, and PSA. I love architecture, local history, antiques, photography, and gardening. I prefer to communicate via the internet. I am the introvert and the brains.
We enjoy doing real estate together. We know a thing or two about homes because we have seen a thing or two. Through our flexibility, we uniquely meet our clients’ needs. We form relationships and don't just service clients.

Kenny:
I am a 2nd generation Realtor and 2nd generation home inspector with more than 34 years of experience. Growing up in Stafford, I worked in my father’s hardware stores and construction company. I have a unique gift for looking at homes that not many people have. We can save you time and money before the process advances. I have achieved the following designations: ABR®, AHWD, e-PRO®, SFR, and MRP. I am knowledgeable in the Northern Virginia to Richmond areas. I could probably be a tour guide. I love architecture, local history, antiques, genealogy, Jeeps, and solving challenges. I prefer to communicate verbally. I am the extrovert and the muscle. I have volunteered as a church sound tech for more than 25 years. I have gone on church mission trips building homes, repairing homes, and building relationships in the U.S., Jamaica, Honduras, and India. We love to take day trips just to see homes, meet people, and go antiquing in our spare time.
